Cloudy Billing and Collection

Cloudy is a system that provides a consistent and unified view of the transactions such as Billing and Collections.

It aims to streamline the current process of Billing and Posting of Remittances and make it centralized across all of their branches nationwide.

Overview — Background

Cloudy Finance Inc., commonly known as Cloudy Bank, is a thrift bank subsidiary of Sky Finance Group and established in 2000, founded in Manila.

Problem Statement

Cloudy Bank have enumerated major struggles in their current billing generation process for their current application:

  • Current application only accommodate fewer products.
  • There were a lot of user intervention in the process of using the current application.
  • Vet Discovery Platform

Goals

Through the Collections and Billing application, we aim to improve the overall experience of the user.

  • Improve the current Billing generation application to cater more products.
  • Create a streamlined end to end process from Billing generation to remittance and finally to Billing posting
  • Minimize loading issues and discrepancies by providing proper validation, logging, error handling, and testing methods.

The sitemap below shows the entire structure of the Collection’s portal. It illustrates how the different contents and sections of the portal are organized and linked together.

Brand Guidelines and Style Guide

The next plan of action was to create a color palette and typography that would help communicate the brand’s identity and also give the product a clean and approachable appearance.

Solution

For our design approach, we wanted to keep the interface simple and consistent with the brand guideline. As such, the page layout and elements were purposeful. It was structured around the requirements provided to the team.
